New Breakthrough in Orthopedic Implants: Additive Surgical Launches a Series of Scalable Intervertebral Implants

Additive Surgical was established in 2020 and is the first company in Australia to manufacture a 3D printed titanium new spinal implant technology. All new devices carry the CE mark and TGA registration. The entire implant utilizes bone ingrowth technology and is manufactured through 3D printing.

This series of 3D printed spinal implants is the world’s most comprehensive direct metal laser melting (DMLM) printed spinal implant series, providing the world’s leading first and second generation implants and systems. The Antarctic bear learned that these implants will soon be available for sale, and the company stated that they will be fully produced in Australia in a few months.
